Allow autocasting of charms

I've seen people complaining about the lack of this option in chat. Especially with the new Charms skill, it seems quite plausible that people will be relying on defensive charms more than before, and an autocast option would be nice.

Also, as a 5/5 bonus for the new charms skill, an auto-switch option, so switching charms (which takes a turn because it's technically equipping somethings) could be instant maybe? i love the idea of charms, but that tool slot switching keeps throwing me off, cuz it takes a turn.

Apologies for bumping this, but this seems like something that would probably be fairly easy to code (?) and would help some playstyles considerably.
