Two suggestions for the Infinite Dungeon

First, please implement a tweak that will stop vault enemies from being able to teleport/phase/blindside their way out from within a sealed vault. There's no point in having a level 35 Pyro/Cryomancer, Dreadmaster, or a gang of Shadows suddenly appear before a level 6 player to instagib them unless they were actually foolhardy enough to open the door. Odds are you haven't even found a teleport rune or movement infusion at that point. It's just frustrating and time-wasting to randomly have this as an additional "oops, reroll, trololol" factor on top everything else that could go wrong in the first ~10 floors for a fledgling dungeoneer.
Next, a minor aesthetic change: Would it be possible to get a randomized change in music and background tileset every 5 or 10 floors? Players are getting Kor'pul Tunnel Syndrome..
