Twilight Surge crit change

Twilight Surge gets two chances to crit, one for darkness damage and one for light. I think it would be more consistent to only give one chance for both.
I like that it rolls twice and gets two chances to trigger corona.
It makes it unique in this regard. Though I guess it is a bit inconsistent with other talents.
