ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Basically as per the title. Yet another auto-use state that will repeated use the talent while resting, without breaking rest. Maybe just until at full health. There's a few talents that I'd really love to be able to do that with (Healing light and bathe in light, regen/heal infusions, probably a few others.).

Alternately, an option to have rest intelligently use costless healing/resource restoration talents as appropriate?

This would be very nice for manasurge runes on characters without native mana regen.
