Achievement(s) for headbutting things to death?

Basically as the subject. Cheevo for skullcracker kills, either a certain raw number or a certain number of bosses/uniques/whatever. Kinda' like the swallow thing for headbanging.
Bonus points for an extra one for killing Amatathon with skullcracker. Double plus for doing it while wearing garky's hat, triple multiplier for doing it as an orc wearing garkul's helm?
