Could the automatic activated talents not trigger on rest?

At least those that are not sustained or while a enemy is seen (ie: the unconditional version or while a enemy is not seen)

I have a nice mana regen wizard going and did it auto call divination:vision, but it's annoying when he rests - regain mana, lose mana by repeated visions etc.

Considering that one of the biggest reasons I'm interested in the new talents handling is Manasurge/Static History use on rest, so that I don't have to constantly interrupt my rests to heal resources...I'd hope not. :|

Setting Static History and Spacetime Tuning to auto-use when no enemies are visible is completely awesome. In this case, not only does it not matter if they activate when resting, it's actually desired. They fire way more than necessary, but the convenience factor is so nice. The only downside is that Static History might be on cooldown unnecessarily sometimes, but it's yet to make any difference for me. It's generally worth it that you're going to start just about every fight at your lowest paradox value possible.

Anorithils are much better with the auto-talents now as well. Much less micromanagement of resources.

I'd either want to keep the auto talents the way they are now, or add yet another option that's basically "use when no enemies are present and not resting."

Edit: I keep editing this post, sorry.

Except that it'd mean that regenerating resources using those talents would be faster accomplished by the less safe method of mashing 5 than resting, yes.

A better solution would be just adding a "automatic use when not resting and enemies are not present" category.

Edit: And I get my suggestion ninja'd by an edit, I think. :) That, or I just don't pay enough attention.
