[b42] Talent shields on auto use don't activate if shielding

Can we make it so that Talents that provide a shield, such as skellie shielding, arcane shield etc, don't trigger if a shielding rune is on? That would be great.

I'd like to have this as well. I think even the Rune of Reflection doesn't get disabled if you have a shielding effect active. Any / all talents that generate a shield should probably have some sort of "isShield: true" property, just like lots of talents have "isSpell: true" Then the game can disable those talents any time there's a shielding effect active.

Another thing I'd like to see with automatic talents is to allow them to work with items that use charges. There are some charge-using shield talents, so those should get disabled if there's a shielding effect active as well.

Right now, if you put a charge-using talent on your hot bar and right click it, it disappears! Right click -> auto use should work for those as well. Related to this, alchemist golems should be able to activate charge-using talents without direct control.
