Rework the Juggernaut talent

Am I the only one who thinks it's weird? Definetely not 'bad' as in weak, but feels very spell-like to me, providing 10+TL*5 physical damage resistance for 20 turns through an Earthen Barrier effect, which is MAGICAL(I think that's actually a bug. That and the talent info uses raw while action uses actual TL).

Some ways I think it could be changed:

1)Make it a passive providing a much smaller resist bonus - say 3*rank, so it's effectively a second physical only thick skin. Could also throw some +armor, physical saves there.

2)Could make it a sustain, and have it consume stamina perhaps... two talents in the Superiority tree already do that(perhaps that is meant to be part of the tree's theme?).

3)Change the benefits completely. What about damage spike protection, where if you would take more than X damage from a single blow the excess damage is reduced by a significant percentage? Some numbers I've been thinking about could be X=1/3 max life with a 25+TL*5% reduction.
So at TL 5.0 damage in excess of one third of your max life is halved, greatly reducing the chance of being one shotted by.

Also, and this could work with any of the above three plans, we could make it give small amounts of negative_status_effect_immune, say 5% per TL. A Juggernaut being able to just ignore detrimental effects feels fitting to me.

Edit: I realized negative_status_effect_immune doesn't work like I thought, it's just flat out immunity, not a % chance to not catch negative effects. Stilk, could change that or provide a very large save bonus instead.

Rename Earthen Barrier timed effect to Juggernaut, change effect to physical.

Now Earthen Barrier is making you hard to stop, instead of Juggernaut erecting a magical earthen wall.

Simple fix.
