(SVN) Blighted Summoning should buff the summoned's Magic.

Many summons-like all Summoner skills-have 1 Magic, which makes magical skills do very, very little damage from them.
I think the logical thing here is to just have it either transfer all or most of your own Magic stat to the Summon on creation, if you have Blighted Summoning. Since they won't get Spellpower from your equipment, just your magic stat, this seems like it won't be too overly powerful. Plus, it encourages Summoners that use it to actually build Magic instead of doing swap games for it.
Might want to except things like Liches or Skeleton Mages, though, or give them a reduced amount extra(40% of your Magic?).
Also, while I'm thinking about it, Never Stop Running might be a little too expensive; Giant Leap gives you a 10 range positionable Ghoulish Leap-type teleport for 20 Stamina, while Running can't go through enemies and would take 200 Stamina to get the effect. There's multiple ways to fix that, though. (Either make it not require Stamina talents, so that it doesn't compete with Leap or Steamroller, or lower the cost and/or make it an instant sustain.)
