Turn Bind's paralyze into Stun

Bind from the Psionic/Grip tree paralyzes you for several turns, which is pretty darned unfair if you happen not to have 100% stun immunity yet. Change it to stun like everything else, please. Or pin, since that's what the talent description suggests it does.
