Warcries and Unending Frenzy need rework

After playing a fair amount of time with stamina-based classes I noticed an anomaly - I was actively avoiding picking up Warcries tree and have never put a single point in Unending Frenzy and yet never ran out of stamina. True, I could have picked up skills that drain stamina fast, but the thought scared me, because then stamina would get drained too fast.

Unending Frenzy currently does not do a thing for when you fight a tough, durable enemy - the kind that usually ends up wearing your stamina thin in the first place. You literally have a net of 0 stamina gained that way. On the other hand, hordes of weak enemies are usually easy to dispose of with the use of autoattacks and warrant no use of stamina based skills, making the stamina gain superflous in many cases.

I think that Unending Frenzy should grant stamina back based on damage dealt, that way a prolonged fight will still have a steady flow of stamina you might desperately need for stamina-draining sustains.

Another point of concern is the Warcries tree, which I honestly view as weak beyond the first two skills.

Shattering Shout is a decent area of effect damage skill and Second Wind gives you all the stamina you may ever need to cast it, however Battle Shout has a negligible effect, half of which is already eliminated by Second Wind.
Battle Cry is also made obsolete by the many superior, passive accuracy-raising skills. An especially dodgy enemy can be easily shut down using Perfect Strike, which honestly does it's job better than Battle Cry and is far easier to aquire, being only 1 skill point above Rush - which most people already pick. Even worse, there is no synergy between this skill and the rest of the abilities in the tree, since Shattering Shout does not take defense into account.

My suggestion would be to rework Warcries into a sort of physical caster tree. Shattering Shout is already a bread and butter source of physical area damage, Second Wind allows the skills to be spammed, provided that it has it's cooldown reasonably lowered.

Battle Shout should be a status-inflicting supplement to be casted when Shattering Shout is on cooldown.

Battle Cry should lower physical resistance instead of defence, that way it actually increases the damage dealt by the other skills in the tree, as well as benefiting about every other stamina-based skill by allowing more damage to be dealt.
