Resolve should give equilibrium regeneration on rest. This would allow for easier equilibrium regeneration for many characters.

I was under the impression resolve was pretty amazing already...

Not once you get to level 50. Same with wild gifts, there is no way to being equilibrium down.

Agreed. If you have Resolve and you're in a non-combat situation, you can restore your equilibrium anyway by just hitting yourself repeatedly. This would simply remove the tedium (and silliness) of doing so without actually affecting game balance, much in the same way that Meditation and Spacetime Tuning have been streamlined.

Please do streamline, or have equilibrium as a resource automatically grant meditation!
I've memorized locations of poison traps on levels just so I could get equilibrium via resolve back down to manageable levels quickly on non wilder, and I find it a bit silly.
Of course, those Ziguranth are pretty extreme people, in some twisted sense it actually seems flavorful...

The equilibrium-decreases-on-rest effect should be true regardless of class or talents. I guess it's not perfectly thematic but the alternative is to encourage scummy play.

Thats a good idea. Perhaps +0.50 equilibrium per turn, and meditation raises it still further?
