Fix artifacts in stores please

I just went to the merchant's store in last hope, lvl 19 Ghoul Doomed, and so imagine my joy when Aletta's Diadem is there. And then my dismay when it is for sale for a cool 6,400 dollars, or something massive like that.
If artifacts are to appear in stores, and I'm not sure why they should, as money is then spent on them that could be spent elsewhere, they shouldn't appear with these massive costs. I'd much prefer to kill a boss and have the diadem drop.
