ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

The bug report UI can be annoying at times, especially when the same error shows up multiple times in a row/at the same time. Some simple UI changes that would help streamline it for me are:

- allow "esc" to close error report windows.
- save a list of specific errors that you have encountered/sent in, and display whether any given error is new (to you), unreported (by you), or reported (by you).
- have a "close all" button, for when an error shows up multiple times in a row.
