Psionic Ego (and Mindstar!) Ideas needed!!

Could use some Psionic based ego ideas from you guys. Keep in mind that at some point we will have more psionic classes and 'psi-casters' like druids or say a mindcrafter so stuff with mindcrit, mindpower, etc would be good.
Names highly appreciated (Mindcrushing Vorutan Dagger of Provocation or Mindcrafters Amulet of Psychic Projection for instance). Afflicted (Cursed and Doomed), Mindslayer, and pure Psion based themes would all be great.
There will probably be a psionic 'staff' style weapon added to the game too at some point so stuff for that would be good as well. It's not set in stone but last I knew the idea was for something one handed called a mindstar that the 'caster' classes could dual-wield if they wanted too, giving them more of a mix and match feel then staves.
Some random ideas.
Resonating Mindstars (basically an ego set. Wearing two Resonating Egos one in each hand gives bonuses)
Mind Shattering (debuffs the targets mental save and deals mind damage on hit)

Got a few ideas...
Launching: Chance of telekinetically sending target flying on hit.
Outburst/Feedback: On hit/when hit, causes your current sustained aura to proc damage.
Spiking: Activate to spike currently sustained aura or shield (randomly chosen if multiple sustained), without deactivating the sustain. Maybe have weapons spike auras and armor spike shields.
Telekinetic: Weapon functions as if telekinetically wielded. That is, while it doesn't auto-attack, it uses telekinetic wielding stats, and any talents that apply to the telekinetic weapon apply to it.
Shielded: Allows your armor to protect against whatever damage types your currently sustained psionic shields protect against (other than physical since it already does that).
Kinetic/Thermal/Charged: Allows your armor to protect against Acid/Fire and Cold/Lightning and Blight damage. Maybe Kinetical also has extra Armor value...

of the Poltergiest: Chance of 1 turn invisibility when dealing physical damage. Invisibility power scales with mindpower.
Defiant: Mindpower bonus depending on how much life you're missing.
of Acuity: +Mindcrit, +accuracy, +stealth detection
of Epiphany: Restores equilibrium, hate, and psi when performing a mental crit.
Tyrant's: Reduces your enemies' mental save whenever they fail a roll with their mental save.
Hallucinogenic: Summons Afterimages (like Haste) on some sort of condition?

(Weapon) of Amnesia: on hit, %chance to put a talent on cooldown for a few turns
(Boots) of Leaping: activates for Telekinetic Leap, possibly pin or knockback resist
Wrathful: +hate-per-kill.
Dreamer's: +mental save, +mind crit, +mind resist
Mindcaging could be changed to a Psionic ego.

First the low hanging fruit, switch (at least some of) the following egos to psionic:

next, some new ideas:
- (Helm) of Rage: Activate for Rampage (cursed skill), + STR, + physical damage, + phys power.
- Mindsearing (anything): + mind damage on hit, on strike or when hit.
- Horrifying (mindstar): + mind and darkness damage
- (mindstar) of insecurity: + mind crit
- Hungry (mindstar) + mastery to psionic/insatiable, Cursed/dark sustenance, +0.15 hate per kill.
- (mindstar) of reproach: 10% (?) chance to cast lvl 3 reproach (Doomed skill) on melee hit.
- Focused (mindstar) -10% all damage, +20% damage vs (one of orcs, dragons, demons etc...), telepathy to type.

Mindstars are in the SVN!!
New weapon kind: mindstars. They are raw natural gems infused with the power of nature, kind of like staves. They are one-handed and can be dual-wielded

These are a lot of names. Many are pretty interchangeable in a lot of ways, but I think there's really not a lot of ambiguity over the sorts of things they'd probably do.
Between the prefixes and suffixes, there is some redundancy.

- cloaks "of the moth" - inspired by some moths' (and butterflies') eye-like coloration that serves to scare away predators. These would have an activatable mind based knockback, grant some darkness resistance and maybe some increase in darkness damage
- cloaks "of the butterfly" - same as above, but dazing or confusing instead of knockback and with mind instead of darkness res/dam
- idea for "entrancing" whatevers - chance to daze in radius 2 of the victim of a mind crit (maybe based on the mindcrit multiplier?)
- karmic armors/robes - retributive (mind) damage
- ascetic armors/robes - chance to reflect affects on successful saves (shrugging off)
- anything "of convergence" - bonus to weakest save (mind > phys > spell in case of a tie)
- visionary's helm/hat - telepathy for one round (increase radius for existing) after a mind crit
- canny weapons/mindstars - mindpower bonus after physical or mental crit
- intelligent weapons - add X% of your mindpower to your accuracy

Negative/Cathode mindstar: +lightning damage, lightning damage on melee attack, small mindpower bonus
Positive/Anode mindstar: +lightning resist, lightning damage when hit, small mindsave bonus
When you wield one of each, you should get something lightning-related. Negative gets a constant Charged Aura effect and Positive can activate for Charge Leech?

Nah, Celestials can be silenced and run off the Magic stat, so they use staves (Shadow staves, staves of the stars). Mindstars are for people whose talents run off of Willpower. In fact, mindstars would be even less appropriate for Celestials than usual because they're the classes that get the least benefit out of Willpower.

A couple of wildcard ideas. In other words, these would complete appropriate sets even if they're not of a given set (for instance we might have the Positive/Negative set above as a nature based ego and the Harmonious ego could be worn with either the positive or negative ego to complete the set).
Harmonious - Completes any nature based mindstar set.
Resonating - Completes any psionic based mindstar set.
These should have their own bonuses or possibly copy the bonuses of the secondary mindstar.

Riffing off an idea someone else was kicking around in IRC today
Mitotic - Activate to clone the mindstar. The pair would be a set. (Once they split once neither would have the ability to split again).
A less sciency sounding name would be good though.
