Inspect Enemy
Link Item in Chat
Cast Clicked Spell on Self

Thoughts?

That would be useful. How about generic keybind slots for Shift-click, Control-click and Alt-click?

Sounds good. Perhaps a generic keybind for Shift+click, Control+click and Alt+click?

Could be handy for skills, too. I.E.: Alt+click Lightning, Phase Door, etc. ( any skill though, not just Spells )

The reason I want those particular actions on shift-click is to minimize downtime on non-movement and non-hostile tasks used with two clicks.

So long as they aren't default. Laptops, especially Mac laptops, tend to use these combinations by default for special keypresses.
