Add partial invisibility detection

The way invisibility currently works is rather strange. You can either see something completely, or you can't see it at all but can tell where it is from the damage numbers. There should be an interim step where you detect a 'shadowy presence' or the like, but can't tell what is causing it. This would make fighting invisible/stealthed monsters much less tedious.
