Wild Infusions that remove more than one effect per use.

Currently, Wild Infusions only remove one effect per use. Why not have ones that remove more? That is, they list how many they remove, with some higher-end ones removing 2 or 3 or more. That would make for more variety in infusion drops (which is always a good thing -- often it feels like there's not much choice between inscriptions), and would provide more options for fighting status effects.
