Warning if you take damage while in inventory

Earlier, I was in the Daikara, dropping some stuff to transmog. And suddenly...I'm died.
Apparently, a cold drake hatchling had been hitting me for a while, and I just hadn't realized(having just spent turns dropping things over and over). Maybe if you're hurt while doing something with your inventory it should flash red? or make the window smaller so you can see the damage text/bars better...
