ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

At 60 Con, 60 Dex, and 6.5 talent level this talent can give you 160 hit points and 20 defense while it's active. Considering it also comes with a never move flag and a really hefty stamina cost it's pretty meh. Even at 100 con and dex it only gives 31 defense and 228 life.

Improving the values (especially the life buff) and/or making it instant use would be good. Also it should increase your current life by an amount equal to the maximum life increase. This would make it a good emergency talent.
