Make basic "stealth" widely available

Stealth isn't too powerful at low levels, but it does serve as a little safety-net when walking around corners into potential death traps. It'd also be fun to amass stealth gear as a non-rogue class and try to play such a build. Further, it would lend greater value to not wearing the heaviest armor you can find, beyond the effects of fatigue. I propose that
  • Stealth become a "cunning/other" talent, one point
  • The current Stealth talent be replaced with Stealth Mastery, which would be passive and have the same effect (+stealth level)
  • Allow Cunning to improve Stealth slightly even with no investment in the Stealth Mastery talent (especially nice for Anorithils/Summoners)
  • Rogues and Shadowblades have access to Stealth from the start
  • For all others, Stealth can be learned from an appreciative Cornac Footpad in Derth after the storm over the town has subsided (80 Gold)

sort of like the shoot ability, then?

I'd think that you'd want it buffed by both cunning and dex.

Actually, the "downsides of armor" thing is a little odd in general. Think about it... Barbarians and Fighters have problems with fatigue, but Doomed and Summoners just don't care? I understand why it's that way, and I'm not saying that fatigue *should* have an effect on all resource groups, and having it have an effect on stamina makes a lot of sense - it's just odd to me that some of the classes that are most classically "big, tanky fighter" actually care about armor weight a fair bit, while some that are a lot more generally fragile and wishing to stay away from the clash of battle don't care much at all.
