clean up clutter in Use Talent dialogue(and two minor fixes)

Every single talent name in the "Use Talents" dialogue (via 'm') is followed by "(talent)", which is completely unnecessary at the moment. I expect this dialogue will receive some attention in the future, but for now it would make the dialogue much more clean and readable if "(talent)" were removed completely.

Also, Character Sheet needs updated to reflect the 2.5 max stamina that Wil gives.

And finally, Mobility - Strider talent doesn't correctly display the percentage movement increase:
