Small Call Shadows changes

Currently, leveling up as a Doomed with Call Shadows sustained causes the sustained skill to be un/reactivated. This is really bad when you have active shades, since it will kill all of them and you'll have to use a ton of hate just to get your shades back up. It's a real pain in the arena. Could Call Shadows be marked as a sustain that doesn't get recast when leveling up?
Second (and much less important), the off points (2/5 and 4/5) for Call Shadows currently do nothing, if I'm not mistaken. It'd be nice if they at least gave some small benefit, like reducing the Hate cost per shade by 0.1.
