I stack runes, which puts the T-chest below the first page when I do (u)se.
So I have to roll down to find the chest everytime I transmogificate an item.

Can we pls have that chest always on top of the report when we '(u)se'?

This might not be a bad idea anyway, but you might also just try putting the transmogrification chest on a hotkey - it's much much faster than (u)sing it each time. I always set mine to the '+' key on the keypad.

You can also go straight to the bottom by going up from the top, if that makes any sense.
