Automatic on Rest

It'd be nice if you could arrange for some talents or runes to be used automatically only while resting. Manasurge, for instance. You don't want it on automatic all the time, because it can cause you to lose a turn in combat at the wrong time, and kill you.

Hum but it would be dangerous too, imagine you rest, it comes of cooldown and is used, and poof! a boss comes along, you burn your mana and you are still on cooldown

Yeah, I've lost more than one cursed and anorithil to bosses because they decided to show up when everything I would have needed to beat them was on cooldown.
