ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Currently, "of the sun" shield ego gives illuminate level 2 on use and resistances which are worse than the "reflective" ego, yet the "of the sun" ego is a blue ego, while the "reflective" ego is a green ego. Keeping in line with the recent change to sun infusions, could the "of the sun" ego give illuminate level 3? A shield which can blind on command would certainly be more powerful than a shield that just lights the area up.
