ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

This skill's scaling with its level is a bit weird -- most alchemists probably take it for the summoning aspect, but leveling it only boosts the attack bonus it provides. Does anyone level it up just for that?

Perhaps its skill level should also reduce its cooldown?

That's something that could make many one-point wonders a lot more attractive. I'm all for it
