Phase Door change

Phase Door would be much more useful as an escape option if it sent you the maximum range away every time. They would then be "sends you away a range of X" instead of "within" a range of X.

Basically the same as adding a minimum range, should be 3 at least. So it becomes range 3-8 or something when randomly teleporting. Would also be nice to add a higher chance of landing further (range 8 higher chance than range 7 and so on).

It NOT sending you as far as possible, and perhaps dropping you just one tile away is kind of the gamble point of using PD instead of teleport. It's meant to screw you over some times, to make it not a sure shot escape ability.

PD is presented as a way to escape from bad situations, but is not a valid escape option as currently implemented. This is why I always try to find a 20 range Teleport Rune instead of PD for my characters. I don't know if it's meant to screw you over or not, but the way it is now, it can.

I never really thought of PD as an "escape option," ... to me, it's more of a "I need a better spot to deal with these foes" which is why if I ever used it, it was the controlled PD that I used. Really only an escape option in the maze and a few other spots in the West. In the East, 9 times out of 10, PD isn't going to be enough. Teleport's an escape option, because you're saying "anyplace is better than here!" Saved me from Rak'Shor, the Master, and god knows what else.
