Improved Movement Infusion

Currently, movement infusions can easily be wasted by using them while pinned etc... I think that they would be a much more valid escape option if they cured everything that Free Action gave you immunity to as well.

I would not like this as it would just make a guaranteed way to get extra moves/turn. If you get pinned while using a movement infusion, that's just how it goes. If you are pinned and you decide to use the infusion, well, that's just you not paying attention/playing careful enough. It's also probably not character death worry some to keep it as it is.

I would say maybe if infusions/runes get greater egos, let an infusion:movement greater ego deal with pre-existing pins and whatnot, but give it a cooldown multiplier (2x as a min) if you're using it to remove a pre-existing pin.
