Class idea: Arcane archer
An archer who learnt the secret of magic to become even deadlier:
Main Stats: Dexterity, Magic
Does NOT naturally regenerate mana, needs a rune.
Default trees to keep:
Technique / Archery:bows (class)
Technique / combat Veteran(class)
TEchnique / combat training(generic)
New trees:
Technique / Magic Arrows (class)
-Imbued arrows:
Cost: Sustained:30 mana
Passive effect:Use Magic instead of Strength for the bow damage.
Sustained:when using arrows you gain a bonus arcane damage of X. Every shot uses 1 mana.
Extra damage applies also when using skills with arrows.
Damage scales with Magic stat.
-Infused arrow:
Cost: 40
Fire an arrow that explodes on impact dealing X% of the weapon damage in fire damage in a radius of Y.
Damage scales with Magic stat.
-Frozen Head Arrow:
Cost: ?
High Cooldown, X turns duration
For the next X turns your arrows deal Y ice damage with a Z chance to freeze:
Arrows rain:
Cost: 70 mana
Fire a volley of X magic arrows in the sky, wich fly unerring on random targets in the designed area.
The less the targets the more arrows for each target.
Damage scales with Magic stat.
Technique / Arcane Fighting (class)
-Teleported Shot (name needs rework)
Cost 20 mana, 20 stamina
low cooldown, supposed to be spammed because there's no disengage for this class
Teleport to the target location in a range of X and shoot the nearest enemy after that, dealing X% weapon damage.
-Resonating strikes:
Sustained 30 mana, 30 stamina: Your next X arrows are enchanted and keep stuck on the enemies body, applying a stacking movement slow debuff (about 10% each stack).
After reaching N (higher the rank greater N) stacks the arrows explodes at the same time dealing Arcane damage and stunning the target for Y. The defuff lasts 2 turns if not refreshed by another hit.
-Repulsion field:
Use N enchanted arrows to create a magic field of radius 2 wich knocks back X tiles away enemies who enter in. Every time an enemy enters breaks an arrow. The spell ends if there are no more arrows to protect the caster.
-Last Whisper:
Target an enemy in sight. Every turn you concentrate,spending 20 mana and 20 stamina to empower your deadly shot.
If hitted by anything while charging you los your focus, wasting your attack. When you have no more mana or stamina you fire a destructive shot who deals X%of weapon damage + Y% weapon damage in arcane damage.
For every round spent charging the shot gain Z% extra physical and arcane damage, K% APR and T% accuracy.
