Disruption Shield deactivation

Make the Disruption Shield deactivate at (damage absorbed) mana, instead of 0. This would help prevent instakilling yourself on deactivation, as well as removing the possibility for invulnerability. I haven't tested Disruption Shield out recently, but I think that's how it works.
