Paradox management talent idea

A sustained talent that slowly adjusts your paradox to a chosen level would remove some tedium from Paradox Mages and, to a lesser extent, Temporal Wardens. I find myself stopping between every battle for either 100 turns, to cast Spacetime Tuning, and rest to recharge it, or about 50 turns, to cast Static History once or twice. This talent would help with making small recoveries effortlessly, while still being weak enough to not affect balance in most combat situations. Here's how I imagined the skill:

Target Paradox (needs better name): Sustained, instant cast
Prompts for a target Paradox level when activated. Every turn, it will bring your paradox (0.5 to 3, based on willpower and maybe talent level) closer to your goal.

This could be in a new tree, take the place of an existing talent, be standard on birth, or even replace Spacetime Tuning. It could also be different for Temporal Wardens and Paradox Mages.

Would probably replace space time tuning. Would reducing the cooldown of tuning to 50 be enough though? Rather then reinventing the wheel I'd prefer to adjust what we already have.

I was thinking that this would act in the same role as passive mana regeneration, and simply add ease of use because you could rest instead of casting a spell. Every class other than stamina users, mages, and alchemists seems to get along fine without passive resource regeneration though. Reducing the cooldown of spacetime tuning would help, but it plays a different role.
