Instead of the fairly innocuous 'Removed all lava floors from the wyrm room in vor armoury', how about changing the text to say "Removed all lava floors and replaced them with snarling painful unavoidable death'.
That's not even nice! (thank goodness for sensing)

but lava floors kept killing it off

You mean that room wasn't always full of bubbles with kittens in them?
