adjust staff damage type for various egos

I think that it would be good to make it so that the some egos adjust the damage type of the staff
blasting, infernal and chronomancers could be changed too, but blasting and infernal would have to add a ranged_project for the second damage type
- magma -> fire
- temporal -> temporal
- icy -> cold
- acidic -> acid
- crackling -> lightning
- naturalist -> nature
- blighted -> blight
- sunbathed -> light
- shadow -> darkness
