[b20]Damage(blood) indication in combat is blinking too fast

Red scratches/blood is blinking too fast, may be on faster comps only. It's little hard on the eyes. I'd suggest make some effect duration increase and may be alpha-fade(it will end asynchronously). Blood position/scale also could be randomized a little, or if it tiled just make several blood tiles chosen randomly.
