Streamlining alchemist.

Existing features.
1. There are a few talents which don't rely on alchemist gem power, but some of those (rebuild golem, stone portal) require quite a stone investment.
2. There are 5 different 1st level stones.
Feature 1. makes sense for an alchemist to use cheap gems for golem and similar talents and requires to have a large heap of stones of the same kind.
Feature 2. makes this task hard.
There are several ways to modify the game, so that switching quivers isn't needed, and the task of maintaining supplies isn't as tedious. One easy way is to make 1 gem of 1st level. This would automatically give a large heap of this gem. Another possible way is to add another resource pool to alchemist: 'gem power', probably remove mana (channel staff is almost never a problem anyway), then change 'make achemist gems' into 'extract gem power' (which would by the way extract more power from better gems) and make regular gems throwable.
