Additional talent points in Jumpgate

To my knowledge Jumpgate does not care what talent level (raw or effective) it has, and therefore additional talent levels are wasted. Rather than reduce the possible levels to 1, we could come up with some neat effects. I'll get this started with two possibilities:

a) Each talent level increases the number of levels you can jumpgate back to. At level 1 you can only jumpgate to somewhere in the current level, level 2 you can one level up/down, etc.

b) Reduce the probability that jumpgate works, and increase the probability for each talent level. For example, base 60% at level 1 and the current 100% at level 5.

It looks like the intent was for either Jumpgate's to be targeted (they have a range that goes up as you invest talent points) or for the teleport to have a range limitation on it (again the increased range with more talent points.)

Some other options.

Increase the cooldown on jumpgate teleport, more talent points could decrease it.

Decrease the accuracy of jumpgate teleport, more talent points could decrease it.

Put a range limitation on the teleport to function and have extra talent points increase that range (that's how I'd been playing it, guess I just assumed that's why the range was going up in Jumpgate).

Allow for multiple jumpgates equal to talent level. Then jumpgate teleport would let you move to any one of them (would require substantial changes to the talent).
