Armour encumbrance

Shouldn't it be differentiated somehow? I mean, leather armour should weight less than full plate...
I agree with you, I was thinking to something like 7 for leather armors, 10 for mail armors and 17 for plate armors.
Obviously the metal they are made of should have some influence; at the very least, mithril should give a bonus.
