ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Would be nice to let the game make a random choice of race and class for me. Sometimes one just doesn't know what kind of adventurer one wants to kill... Say entering the name as '*' would create a random character with a random or preset racial name.

in ADOM you could choose what do you want to get random - random sex, class, race or whole random PC

the thing i liked there was "The opening question system" ->reference<- it could be used in TOME, like - answers and depending on them system would pick class, race etc for you

Yeah, I've been using this random name generator to give me proper Tolkien dwarf, elf and hobbit names.

Another nice thing in ADOM is the ability to preset char generation options. Class and race for all chars could be preset to quicken generation time. Not such a big deal in TOME where there's little variation between starting chars and no need to reroll lots, but I'd personally pike to be able to set the game to always make me male.
