OK, so I having been thinking about Sunder...

What does it do for armour? I assume it reduces the armour value.
What does it do for weapons? I assume it reduces the weapons damage value.

Thought: If sunder causes the value it affects to reduce to zero (0) then the item is destroyed (unless it is an artifact???)

I might have this completely wrong in which case feel free to blow raspberries, ignore this, etc.

Sunder armour does indeed decrease the armour value, so more damage gets through. Sunder arms decreases attack instead of damage, so your opponent is less likely to hit you. In both cases the effect is only temporary, though. Maybe the descriptions should be modified to reflect the length of the effect?

Given the usually short fights against a single enemy, is this skill really worth it (maybe except the eternal bone golems which are tough). It takes a valuable round to apply and even bosses are likely to be dead pretty fast (otherwise, you are the guy kissing the ground).

Actually I was thinking around when someone uses Sunder on you!
