Achievements Kept for Each Character

I would like see what achievements my current character has accomplished even if it was previously done by another character. This list could be shown on the same achievements screen with a current achievements side which would allow my current character to get the same achievements that have already been accomplished on the global achievements side. The current character achievements could also be put in the character dump.

I suppose I can do the "achievments in the dump" part
If DG approves of course.

Yes you can even modify interface.WorldAchievements to store it in the player too
