Stone Warden isn't a bonus class for donators anymore. It's now a normal unlock in the base game (Possessor tooks its place as the bonus donator class)

Try restarting the game and ensuring that the Stone Warden addon is enabled in the game settings; if it still doesn’t appear, try creating a new profile or reinstalling the addon.
