ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

There are 9 prodigies for each stat. But when I go to my prodigy screen to pick one, only 8 appear in each column - there's a seemingly random one missing for every stat. Is that how it's supposed to work? If the one I want isn't in the list am I just screwed? I tried quitting and reloading but it's the same prodigy that's missing each time.

You're probably missing the Embers of Rage DLC, which adds 1 prodigy to each "stat"
