I think the wiki might be EXTREMELY out of date...

I entered the Entrance To An Underwater Cave dungeon. At the end of floor 2, there's Ukllmswwik the Wise. According to the wiki and forum threads, he should be asking me to kill Slasul, and I get the option to betray him to get access to the Legacy of the Naloren. He just attacked me immediately and I had to kill him. No Slasul, nothing.

What happened here?

If you killed any of the creatures surrounding him, he agros you. This is normally not a problem because they start as neutral to you, but it is easy to not see that at first and attack before you realize they won't attack first.

Yikes, that's what happened. I was firing away with my bow.

I'll do it on my next playthrough then.

If I go through the portal without having killed Ukllmswwik, will the Naloren be aggro? Or can I talk to Slasul,and he also tells me to go back and kill Ukllmswwik?

The nagas will still attack you. In fact, the only naga that won't aggro will be Slasul, so don't worry about not aggroing him untill you get to his room.

Thanks! So for someone who wants the prodigy and the trident, the detailed order of operations would be:

1. On floor 2, make sure you don't shoot anyone until you've spoken to Um
2. Accept Um's request, wait for him to open the portal, then kill him
3. Enter the portal, kill hostile nagas
4. When you reach the neutral Slasul, talk to him to receive trident and unlock prodigy

Is that right? I plan to put this on the wiki.

A couple of more questions if you don't mind:

a) What happens if you don't betray Um (you kill Slasul and report back to Um), do you get any unique items?
b) It is my understanding that the prodigy adds lvl5 Exotic Mastery and Spit Poison, and that this lets you go above your existing points. So if you had invested 5 points already (by getting the talent from an escort), you're now at 10 points in those talents, which lets you be pretty OP. Are there any other quests/rewards that let you go way above the 5 point talent limit like this?
