Hello! I'm a new player and really love the game.

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I'm having an issue with the online functionality.

Every time I attempt to login in-game I get the following error:

"Login Failed! Check your login and password or try again in a few minutes."

The thing is, there's nothing wrong with my login or password. I can access the website fine, and I've already registered all my serial keys as well. For whatever reason, it just won't let me login within the game.

Any help?

Heya, if you are running the game on Windows, try running it as administrator? Or see if it is not blocked by the antivirus or some such.

I am running on windows, I've already set it to run as admin, made a firewall exception for it, and even disabled my VPN for it.

It still tells me my username/password is incorrect or to try again in a few minutes.

Honestly, I'm a little afraid I somehow broke my account/serial keys by purchasing from GOG but signing up through the website rather than through the in-game prompt. I thought the website would be less likely to break it somehow.

Yup. And all my serial keys are listed there properly. So idk.

The keys shouldn't have broken anything. AFAIK those login systems are the same.
Try a fresh install and remove those firewall rules.
Make sure to remove the Users folder as well as the normal game folder.

I've done that as well.

I even tried downloading and installing the game/DLCs directly from the website rather than GOG, still to no avail. While I realize I don't need an account to play or access the extra features, it's nice to have for the community and character tracking stuff, y'know?

I'll try a fresh install again and pray to the computron gods for mercy.

Edit: I got it to work after changing my username and password for a third time.
