[1.4.x] Cease to Exist and resurrection

At the moment, Cease to Exist doesn't work on bone giants who resurrect. Once they resurrect, they lose the cease to exist marking.

Is this intended? It is rather annoying and I can't see why we couldn't make it stick through.

Resurrection is checked before cessation of existence, yeah.
It's tricky to define the correct behaviour here. Should the effect stick through (unlike literally any other timed effect)? Should the character be sent back in time and then lose 1 life? It's tricky.

Not sure mysel. It is though on insane when this happens.

What about it picks up a new effect, which is the resist reduction, but nothing else. So no timeline threading, etc. ??
