ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So, sometimes when playing the game will hang on random encounters with ziguranth patrols or adventurer parties; saying it's loading, but never finishing. I'm reluctant to post in the bug forum, as I am using a number of addons, but troubleshooting which addon is causing the issue is hard as it only happens sporadically, maybe 5-10% of the time; enough to be seriously irritating (as I have to end the process manually, losing any progress since the last save) but not enough to reliably cause it to happen.

Note that it has so far never happened in any other scenario, including when spawning other rares with talents (at first I thought it might be talent generation causing it).

I thought maybe someone here might know what might cause the issue, or where I should start searching for it?

That could very well be the issue. Will have to try to find out what the problem with it is.
