i really wish to play the next expansion, the problem is that: i don't have paypal, nor any credit card, my only ways to do a payement online is paysafe. i wonder if there is a way i can send a 10€ paysafe code
i saw this page http://te4.org/contact but im not sure if someone will read or accept the code soon enough before the paysafe card expires (1 year)

does steam gives extra vault slots? i can buy the dlc from there but i dont know if i can just buy vault slots from there :S
and i hope i dont have to keep steam open to play the game, it takes enough ram for my pc S:

No idea about theother stuff but you dont need steam open to play steam games, in general.

You can buy it from somewhere else and still use the version downloaded from te4.org. I got it from GoG and it gives you a key which you can enter on this website to tie the game and DLC to your account so you get all the donator benefits still. I'm fairly sure the Steam version works similarly.
