That question is a bit vague.
If you are asking if there is likely to be any character scrapping because of changes made, the answer is very stable.
If you are asking if there is likely to be character loss due to bugs, this is a beta version, so there is a non-negligible chance.
If you are asking if it is safe to place this beta on a high shelf, I'm not sure.
