Can we make it so that this talent doesn't fire without a target at all? Or even without a target in LOS :p I'm not even sure what's the point of it but currently, if you are near a wall and cast freeze at a point inside the wall itself, you'll kill yourself because somehow you targeted yourself then without any warning at all.

Also, the cooldown is halved when use on a friendly target? Nice but I think the damage needs to be halved too or more This talent hits hard.

that... or... MAKE SO IT SPAWNS A BLOCK IF NO TARGET!
also... since we know the block always spawns there, why not toss in a invi/stealth negation to whatever was hit?

as for the cooldown reduction on friendly fire... doesn't really make sense. i mean, effect is still exactly the same.
unless you gave him frost armour... but that would be an entirely different spell.
